Welcome to pp222. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Member", "the Player") and pp222 ("pp222", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 1.1. These Terms apply to all Members of pp222 regardless of jurisdiction, device, or access method. Use of the pp222 platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on pp222.best.
1.2. pp222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
1.3. These Terms are published in English and, for the avoidance of doubt, the English-language version is the authoritative version in any dispute.
1.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2.1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on pp222. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. pp222 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.
2.2. Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
2.3. Self-Exclusion. You may not register or continue using pp222 if you have previously requested self-exclusion from pp222 or any other gambling platform under a regulatory program. Circumventing self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4. Single Account. Each individual may hold only one pp222 account. Holding multiple accounts — under the same or different identities — is prohibited.
pp222 takes age verification seriously. If there is any doubt about a Member's age, the account will be suspended pending verification. This is non-negotiable — it's how we protect both our Members and the integrity of the platform.
3.1. To use pp222, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp222 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pp222 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3. If you suspect that your pp222 account has been accessed without your authorization, contact our support team immediately. We will suspend the account pending investigation.
3.4. pp222 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations. You agree to provide such documents when requested.
3.5. You must keep your account details up to date. Failure to update contact information that results in missed notifications does not exempt a Member from compliance with these Terms.
4.1. pp222 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
4.2. The minimum deposit at pp222 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.3. pp222 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be refunded and may trigger an account review.
4.4. pp222 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pp222 is not responsible.
4.5. Any funds deposited on pp222 are for the purpose of gaming and wagering only. They do not bear interest and are not held as a banking deposit.
GCash is the most popular deposit method among pp222's Filipino members. It's instant, fee-free, and the same method used for withdrawals — making it the smoothest end-to-end payment experience on the platform.
5.1. Withdrawals at pp222 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
5.2. The minimum withdrawal amount at pp222 is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for standard accounts, though pp222 reserves the right to apply transaction limits in connection with large withdrawals requiring additional verification.
5.3. GCash withdrawals typically process in under 3 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary based on the Member's financial institution and the applicable InstaPay or PESONet clearing schedule.
5.4. Before processing a withdrawal, pp222 may require the Member to complete identity verification (KYC). This is not intended to delay payouts — it is a legal requirement under anti-money laundering regulations applicable to licensed gaming operators.
5.5. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the Member's own name. pp222 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.6. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
6.1. pp222 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free play credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.
6.2. Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
6.3. Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Sports bets and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
6.4. Validity Period. All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically without notice.
6.5. Abuse Prevention. pp222 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of promotion terms, or any other activity pp222 considers to be in bad faith.
6.6. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times is prohibited under Section 8.

7.1. All bets placed on pp222 are final once confirmed. pp222 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify confirmed bets except where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
7.2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and market on pp222 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or betting interface before the bet is placed.
7.3. Payout Limits. Single-event winnings are subject to maximum payout limits that vary by game category. Maximum payout information is available in each game's rules or the sports betting terms.
7.4. System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, pp222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. pp222 is not liable for losses caused by network interruptions on the Member's side.
7.5. Sports Betting Results. Results are determined based on officially published outcomes from the relevant governing body. pp222 sports betting results follow the settlement rules published in the betting terms applicable to each sport.
7.6. In-Play Betting. Live and in-play betting markets at pp222 may be suspended or closed at any time before or during an event without prior notice. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pp222 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
pp222 uses automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. All evidence is preserved and may be submitted to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
9.1. pp222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pp222, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
9.2. pp222 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9.3. pp222 may share data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and financial institutions where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
9.4. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.
10.1. pp222 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion to help Members manage their gaming activity.
10.2. If you believe your gaming is causing financial or personal harm, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team. Full information is available on our Responsible Gaming page.
10.3. Members may request self-exclusion at any time. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, pp222 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from placing bets, though we cannot guarantee detection across all access methods. The Member must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion.
10.4. pp222 does not extend credit or allow Members to play with borrowed funds on the platform.

11.1. pp222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms.
11.2. On suspension or closure, pp222 will conduct a review. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and any balance returned. If a violation is confirmed, the account will remain closed and any bonus-derived funds will be voided.
11.3. Members may close their own pp222 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment account after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.
11.4. pp222 may close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Members will be notified before closure and given the opportunity to withdraw their balance.
12.1. pp222 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pp222 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
12.2. pp222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to network interruptions, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays beyond pp222's reasonable control.
12.3. pp222's total liability to any Member in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the same calendar month.
12.4. Nothing in these Terms limits pp222's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1. pp222 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members by email or by posting a prominent notice on pp222.best.
13.2. Continued use of pp222 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using pp222 and may request account closure.
13.3. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
14.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which pp222 operates.
14.2. In the event of a dispute between a Member and pp222, the Member should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. pp222 aims to resolve all Member disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
14.3. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body specified by pp222's licensing terms.
